Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day after you (or someone you chose) received your order. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start on the day after the last parcel arrives.

How to cancel

Email us at info@zouretti.com within those 14 days. Please include your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Sending your items back

After you've told us you're cancelling, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to:

The cost of sending the item(s) back to us is for your account, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item. Please pack items carefully, if possible in the original packaging. You may handle an item the way you would in a shop to see if it suits you. If an item shows wear or damage beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Earrings: for hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn, in their original packaging with the hygiene seal intact.

Your refund

We refund the full amount you paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your cancellation. We may wait until we have received the item(s), or until you show proof that you've sent them, whichever comes first.

  • We refund to your original payment method. You only get store credit if you ask for it.
  • You never pay a fee for your refund.
  • If you return only part of your order, we refund those items but not the original shipping costs.
  • If you chose a faster delivery option than our standard shipping, we refund only the cost of standard shipping.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Contact us at info@zouretti.com with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return costs and repair, replace or refund the item. This comes on top of your statutory rights and our 2-year warranty. The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or improper use.
