Most orders arrive within 7–10 days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel along the way.
We offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders. Thresholds and eligible regions are shown at checkout. Where a shipping fee applies, the exact amount is displayed before you confirm your order.
Yes — we deliver to most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to yours, simply add a piece to your cart and enter your address at checkout to see the available options.
We prepare orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible if your address needs to change. Email info@zouretti.com with your order number and the correct address, and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Every Zouretti piece is accompanied by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. If something is not right, we will arrange a replacement or repair for you, quietly and without fuss.
The warranty does not cover general wear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or repairs attempted outside Zouretti. To begin a claim, write to info@zouretti.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the piece.

Return window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To begin, sign in to your account and use the returns portal, or follow this return link. Should you need anything along the way, our team is at info@zouretti.com.
Return requirements
- Pieces must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage
- Pieces must be returned in all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch
- Sets must be returned complete — individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately
- Returns must be sent from the same country in which the order was placed

Refused or rejected parcels
If a parcel is refused or rejected at delivery, a refund can only be issued once the piece has safely returned to us. If you change your mind after ordering, kindly accept the delivery and submit a return request through our returns portal.
Return shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. A fixed return shipping fee applies based on your location and is deducted from your refund:

Incorrect or incomplete address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Zouretti is not liable for orders delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order returns to us because of an address error, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 6% handling fee are deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed once the piece has safely returned to us.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived:
- Check around your property, including safe places, mailboxes, and with neighbours
- Allow 2 business days after the delivery scan, as carriers occasionally update tracking early
- Check with other members of your household
If your parcel still has not arrived after 2 business days, contact us at info@zouretti.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier and resolve it for you as quickly as possible — with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refused, rejected, and undeliverable parcels
The following result in a deduction of the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 6% handling fee from your refund:
- The parcel was refused or rejected at delivery
- The parcel was not collected from the courier or pickup location
- The parcel was returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout

We are committed to pieces that are made to last — which is why every Zouretti piece carries a two-year warranty from the date your order arrives, covering defects or issues arising from the workmanship of the piece.
The warranty does not cover:
- Lost pieces
- Normal wear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones
- Damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive force
- Any modification made to your piece by a third party outside Zouretti
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at info@zouretti.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the piece.
Please note
By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Return of the piece — if your claim is accepted, we will ask you to send the piece to us for quality review
- If the piece is in stock and your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same piece
- If the piece is no longer available, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price of the original piece
- Pieces received through a promotion or campaign may be excluded from the warranty
